For our 12th annual conference we are thrilled to return to the Crowne Plaza, Hunter Valley. Set in one of Australia’s most stunning wine regions, our venue offers some of the best conference facilities you’ll find anywhere in the world to make your leadership retreat a true reward as well as an invaluable learning and professional development experience.
Our selected speaker line-up this year is outstanding. Joining us will be the incredible Julie Masters. Julie is the co-founder of the world’s largest dedicated speaker management agency and CEO of Influence Nation. She works with business leaders and organisations to help them become the voice of authority in their space and dives into the nuts and bolts of how to use your own voice to drive movement, a conversation, an industry or even an entire nation. Influence is an Inside Job will be a powerful presentation.
We’ll hear from Adam Woods and Greg Earney on the topic of Successful Succession. Adam and Greg are second-generation leaders who explain their individual journey to taking over a highly successful family business, including what they had to do during the integration process to win the hearts, minds and respect of existing staff.
Every leader must be on top of the financials in their business. I am thrilled to announce that joining us to share his insights on this important topic will be visionary entrepreneur, Paul Siderovski. Paul owns an accounting practice and is responsible for establishing the US-founded Yoghurtland chain in Australia. His unique insights have resulted in significant positive changes in direction, profitability and leadership for real estate business owners Australia-wide.
Sales manager of the year in 2018, Michael Murray from the McGrath Group will take the stage to explain exactly what he does as a sales manager. When you hear Michael explain his responsibilities you will wonder why such a crucial role has been missing in action for so long in Australia and New Zealand and why it must make a comeback in every real estate agency.
Our resident real estate solicitor, Greg Jemmeson will take us through the key real estate legal case studies from the last 12 months and highlight the specific actions every leader must take to minimise risk and avoid landing in court.
Property management leadership advisor, Joel Davis will provide an insightful industry wrap on the ins and outs of property management in 2019 and highlight the incredible opportunities that are out there right now for property managers and leaders.
On marketing, I have been incredibly fortunate to secure international marketing expert, Kevin Finn. Kevin has been awarded nationally and internationally for his work in design, advertising and branding and was the first speaker at the inaugural TEDxBrisbane. His depth of knowledge on marketing, branding and showcasing who you are as a company will be a highlight of your 2019 Complete Leader experience.
Stephen Cromarty, Director of LOVE Realty will share his much talked about ‘one team model’. Stephen is one of those rare leaders who manages to pull a $2 million profit from a turnover of $7 million by hiring everyday people to perform the real estate process. Stephen’s presentation on team culture is forward thinking and thought provoking.
We are also incredibly privileged to be joined by Peter Baines OAM, the founder of Australian charitable organisation, Hands Across the Water. A sought after speaker, Peter will share his leadership strategies for making the critical and often difficult decisions that every leader must make during tough times.
Last but not least, business management and operational consultant, Mandy Wurth will take to the stage to explain how to protect your staff and the future talent coming through the ranks.
Joining me as co-host over these two powerful days will be Steve Carroll, Director of Industry Relations at REA Group.
