Shannon has been a full time member of the Academy since 2007, but has been exposed to the company since she was in junior high school, helping in an administrative capacity on a casual basis for a number of years. Once she had finished high school Shannon completed a Business Administration Traineeship with the Academy while studying towards the achievement of a Diploma of Business with the Australian College of Commerce and Management.

Today Shannon is responsible for planning, organising and overseeing the implementation of Real Estate Academy’s administrative systems and functions to ensure the company’s operations run seamlessly and cost effectively. She also works as the company's HR manager. In this role, she handles the recruitment process, manages the onboarding function and is the first point of call for all staffing matters. Last but not least, as Marketing Manager, Shannon assists the team by ensuring all marketing collateral is completed correctly and rolled out on time.
