REA Lee Woodward
Lee’s real estate sales career commenced in 1992 and by the end of his first year, he ranked in the top 2% of salespeople in the country. After only four years in the industry he had won numerous awards and was invited to be a keynote speaker at the Australasian Real Estate Convention (AREC), his first appearance on the public speaking circuit.
Today, Lee is one of Australia’s most ‘in demand’ sales coaches and inspirational business speakers. As Real Estate Academy’s founder, driver and CEO, he is involved every day in his chosen operational areas of training and creative systems design.
Lee’s greatest lessons have come from facing his own business challenges. His passion for growth and technology makes him the perfect trainer for businesspeople who wish to improve their operation.To help other real estate salespeople and managers, Lee has produced a series of specially tailored training programs. He also hosts Australia’s most respected real estate audio program, Real Estate Hot Topics, featuring the industry’s best sales professionals.
 
REA Danny Grant

Despite being the youngest selling agent in his area and competing with agents who have been selling there for more than twice the time he has, Danny holds the suburb’s highest market share, has the lowest clearance rate at just 29 days and has achieved a yearly auction clearance rate above 90% for the past 3 years. Phil has mastered the Listing Presentation, understands the technology and drives his business every day with 35 scheduled tasks, two buyer appointments and the perfection of how a salesperson should operate.
